On the dashboard, tap the Search icon. From there, you can search for products based on a specific location. You can also adjust the search radius to find items within your preferred distance.

Go to the Profile tab and tap on Account Records. From there, you can download your order history by selecting your preferred date range. You can also filter the records by type, such as Buy or Sell, as needed.

Go to the Profile tab and tap on the Performance Dashboard. From there, you can view key metrics such as total orders, pending orders, delivered orders. You’ll also find visual charts that give you a clear overview of your sales and order performance.

To add a loyalty partner, the other user must be a registered seller on MOON. Go to the Profile tab and tap on My Partner. From there, you can add your partner using their alias name.

You can increase your visibility on the platform by purchasing advertising credits and promoting your products on MOON. Additionally, you can create your own hashtags by going to Profile > Search Booster. When customers search using your hashtags, your products will appear in the results, helping you reach a wider audience.

Create your Moon profile including payout details. Add packages to your profile. Share your Moon profile link with your existing customers and on your other social media profile and marketing material. The more you share your Moon profile with customers to more your business will grow.

Go to the Profile tab and tap on Terms & Conditions. From there, you can add your standard terms and conditions for your packages. Customers will be able to review these terms before purchasing your product.
